Apr 02, 2016 from the screenshots, i understand the issue you are experiencing only happens on the outlook client in windows 10. It can't be reproduced in outlook web app. If anything is misunderstood, please correct me. I also notice the mouse selected inbox under favorites. Mit folder is under the manually created folder named folders.

In the Outlook client, users in your organization can add public folders to their Favorites folders. Then, depending on your organization's policies, they can use Outlook on the web to add those same public folders to their Favorites and perform certain functions in Outlook on the web that they use in the Outlook client.
Add public folders to Favorites in Outlook
In order for users to perform certain tasks on public folders in their Favorites folder, they must first use the Outlook client to add public folders to the Favorites folder.

Important
There are several types of public folders. In order for users to be able to work with a favorite public folder in Outlook on the web, the public folder must be of type Mail and Post items, Calendar items, or Contact items.
Add favorite public folders in Outlook on the web
In order for users to access their Outlook favorite public folders, they must also add them to their Favorites in Outlook on the web. The Outlook client does not automatically sync public folders with Outlook on the web.
Your users can now use Outlook on the web to perform the following tasks in their favorite Calendar, Contact, or Mail and Post public folders:

This method will help you create a search folder and group all messages with attachments into the search folder of With Attachment. In this search folder, you can easily find out attachments by size when messages are arranged by size.
Step 1: Open the New Search Folder dialog box:

Step 3: In the navigation Pane, please select and open the new created folder of With Attachment.
Step 4: Please close the Reading Pane:

Till now all messages with attachment have been grouped into the With Attachment folder, and sorted by size. Now you can easily find out attachments by messages size in this view.

Apart from grouping messages with attachments into With Attachment folder and changing the folder view, you can also create a custom search folder, and group messages that are with attachments in specified sizes.

For example, you need to find out messages with attachment and with size between 200 KB and 400 KB. Firstly please click the Size (kilobytes) box and select the between in the drop down list, and then enter 200 and 400 in the following boxes.
Step 5: Click all OK buttons in each dialog box.
Then you will find out all messages with attachments and whose size is in specified range are grouped into the customized search folder.
